Built-in appliances

Oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher and fridge chosen with you, built in and connected on their own circuits.

Appliances are chosen with the plan, not after it: their sizes decide the cabinets around them. We supply or fit the ones you buy, build them in and connect them.

What is included

Advice on sizes, energy class and noise
Housing in tall or base units
Connection to water, waste and the dedicated circuits
Extractor ducted outside where possible

Good to know

Large appliances are invoiced at 20 % VAT, even when we fit them. The hob, oven and dishwasher each need their own circuit: if they are missing, the electrician comes before the fitters.
